ADB Sideload - bootloop recovery only

Hi,

I have a problem with V500 model.
There is no os install on it ! Just "cyanogen recovery" which loop endless...
On my computer "adb devices" command gives me "V500[...] unauthorized" so adp push doesn't work...

I can transfert zip file by "sideload" :) but it's not possible to boot transfered rom. I try 6 different roms but without result.
Any tracks ? My pad is bricked ?
