UC Mini on S4-Mini, can't get rid of it.

Going to sell my mini, cleared everything and did a factory reset, can't get rid of UC Mini browser, keeps giving notice every
10 seconds, "Unfortunately UC Mini has stopped", have tried everything I know, to no avail, any ideas?
