Unlock LTE (4G) bands 3,5,40 (HTC One M8)

Hello,
I am using Developer edition ROM (Unlocked,Stock) with the following details:
version-baseband: 1.29.214500021.24_2G
version-main: 6.12.1540.4
version-misc: PVT SHIP S-OFF
product: m8_ul
modelid: 0P6B12000
cidnum: 11111111

I stay in INDIA and it is not showing any 4G networks here. I want unlock all the LTE bands (3(1800MHZ),5(850MHZ),40(2300MHZ)) operating here. I tried some threads but its I am not able to unlock the bands. Please help.:confused::confused:

I refered this thread: http://ift.tt/2co3ckC but I am not able to enter the diag mode.
