If you're running a OnePlus 3T with root and are on version 4.1.6 of OxygenOS, then this simple edit of the build.prop file from XDA Member sparky vicky will enable native call recording for your device. You should be aware though that this will change the region of your device to China and some within the community have said this could have unpredictable side-effects. You also need to be aware that secretly recording phone calls may be illegal in your state and/or country, so be careful!
