NOT REGISTERED ON NETWORK - help me to fix this please

after installing note 4 mini rom lollipop update cames then i updated my note 3 neo to lollipop BUT IT WORKS FINE then i installed note 5 rom on my note 3 neo after install finished it shows emeegency call only when i trys to make a call it says not registered on network THEN I FLASHED STOCK ROM BUT POBLEM NOT FIX. I FLASHED SIGNAL FIX TAR FILE FROM NOTEROM THEREND BUT IT DOESNT WORK FOR ME i realy need a help to fix this please help me somebody. :(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(
