Install at your own risk!! Be aware this may erase your entire phone!!
Quick instructions:
1. Download Marshmallow update file
2. Download and install minimal ADB/Fastboot and ensure your drivers are up to date: http://ift.tt/1hRT13V
3. Move the marshmallow update file to the minimal adb and fastboot directory
4. Rename the marshmallow update file to something memorable like marshmallow.zip
5. Reboot to download mode by holding volume up + home + power for a few seconds
6. Ensure your USB cable is connected.
7. Select "Apply Update from ADB" (you should hear your computer recognize a connected device)
8. Open CMD using the quick link from minimal ADB and fastboot by right clicking and running as administrator
9. Use command: adb sideload marshmallow.zip (or whatever you named your file) **NOTE** If this does not work, try adding an extra .zip to the end - Example: adb sideload marshmallow.zip.zip **
10. Allow the sideload to do its work. This takes about 15 minutes.
11. Enjoy your marshmallow sideload
