Processing Failed, samsung account, help

hello i have samsung galaxy s5 SM-G900F annd i flash with odin firmeware 6.0.1 marshmallow and when i start the device ask me for samsung account,,, i have account and password i know but when i put he says procesing error, now i reflash with kit kat 4.4.2 but same please help me any solution please
