hello i found a problem when y try to copy files from my phone to my pc, every file i try to copy is 28 Kb long. thats the problem. i can copy the files but the files are just like a empty wrong file of idk what.
for example, 1 picture is 5.15 Mb, and when i copy the file to the PC the picture open but its all gray, and only 28 Kb. every file, every picture all, is 28 Kb long.
this is the first time i try to copy files from my phone to my pc since i upgraded to android version 6.0. please help, i need to copy around 24 Gb of pictures and videos.
i can send the pictures by mail, i can upload them to cloud storage, but i cant copy with USB cable. i have all the drives, i used to copy files before android 6.0
please help.
