Apps like Chrome and default apps like Dialer, Messaging, Planner, Gallery just don't respond properly to my touch input. I have to touch super hard/ bash on the screen for these to respond, and I have no idea why this is happening.

- I saw a previous empty thread asking for how to fix the UI lag in Chrome and default applications like Dialer, Messaging, Planner, Gallery etc., but there were no replies there.
- Every other app like Firefox, Swiftkey keyboard, and other third-party apps work flawlessly and touch is instantaneous on them.
- Have tried uninstalling updates for Chrome and Android System Webview and even cleared cache and everything for these but no luck.
- Not something that was happening since the beginning. Earlier touch used to work properly in Chrome also. No idea what is causing this issue.
