Extremly Slow Lumia950

Hey guys, i have a friend who has an extremly slow Lumia 950, stuff like loading up Facebook takes from 1-4 minutes and basic apps are really slow. Any tips on what this might be?

The phone is running OS Build: 10.0.10586.420 Version 1511
