CyanogenMod 13 is a free, community built distribution of Android 6.0.1 (Marshmallow) which greatly extends the capabilities of your phone.

This is the unofficial build of CM 13 for the OnePlus 3 (all variants).

Installation instructions:

1. You must unlock your bootloader via fastboot.
2. You must have a custom recovery installed (link above)
3. Fully wipe your device from Recovery if you are not coming from CM13.0 already.
4. Flash the downloaded ROM
5. Locate 6.0 Gapps via a quick Google search. (Make sure it's arm64)
6. Reboot into recovery and install the ROM.

Don't flash gapps after you booted up CM 13! This will kill your device. If you want gapps, then flash it right after you wiped your phone and flashed CM 13.

Known issues:

• Camera: HDR works, but you it closes after you took a picture.
• F2FS: Not supported yet.
• Battery life: Is not really as good as stock.
• MSM8996: It's a new platform. Don't expect that CM 13 will run as good as stock

Encryption:

Currently encryption is forced on stock ROM, but not on CM 13. If you want to get rid of encryption, then reboot to fastboot and exectue:
